　　耐火材料制備方法:在反應(yīng)池中加入8kg顆粒狀氫氧化鉀、7kg粉狀碳酸鈉(蘇打灰)(旭硝子公司生產(chǎn))和30kg金屬硅化物，再加入60l水。其中自然反應(yīng)開始了，從產(chǎn)物的底部開始劇烈反應(yīng)，在反應(yīng)池中從底部一側(cè)向上部一側(cè)發(fā)生對(duì)流。反應(yīng)溫度自然升高。當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度在80~90℃范圍內(nèi)時(shí)，反應(yīng)處于活性狀態(tài)。反應(yīng)溫度不得超過92℃。反應(yīng)在10h左右完成，分離固體得到約48l(約70kg)的難熔液體。其余固體為金屬硅化物塊。如果用水清洗，大約有22kg的金屬硅化物塊殘留。在剩余的金屬硅化塊中，加入約8kg的金屬硅化塊，共30kg的金屬硅化塊供二次反應(yīng)使用。與一級(jí)反應(yīng)一樣，在反應(yīng)池中加入8kg的顆粒狀碳酸鈉(蘇打灰)(旭硝子公司)，7kg的粉狀碳酸鈉(旭硝子公司)，然后在一級(jí)反應(yīng)中加入22kg的剩余金屬硅化物塊和8kg的新金屬硅化物塊。在制備過程中，先加入顆粒狀的氫氧化鉀，再加入粉末狀的碳酸鈉(純堿)，再加入金屬硅化塊，再按進(jìn)料順序加水。反應(yīng)從較低的產(chǎn)物開始，可形成上下相反流動(dòng)的活性反應(yīng)，制備出性能良好的防火液。
